Our company was incorporated on 1 April 2015 in Malaysia under the Companies Act. 1965 as a private limited company under name of Prima Warisan Venture Sdn Bhd (PWV). PWV is a growth focused gold producer and mining asset developer. In year 2017, PWV joint venture with Kelstone Sdn Bhd to carry gold exploration work in the Mukim Sokor, Kelantan. Mukim Sokor Tanah Merah is located in Kelantan State, Malaysia, where Kelantan Government has provided lease to operate gold mining and processing operation works.
